Anchorage · Through October 31
Summer changed what you do.
Now measure what changed in you.
Two measurements. The same test twice, about twelve weeks apart. You pick which one.
Twelve weeks of something actually being different in between
Alaska daylight, now into winter
Why now
Winter changes the conditions
Around here that usually means less light, less daylight training, more sitting, different food. The season ahead isn't the one behind you — which makes now a natural place to put down a point.
The gear you hold, not the gear you had
One measurement tells you where you are. A second one, about twelve weeks later, shows you whether it moved. That's the difference between assuming and measuring.
Choose your measurement
The same test, twice. Which one?
One measurement, repeated — not two different tests. Pick yours and we'll run that one both times.
The energy your body uses at rest, measured from your breath while you lie back, still, for about fifteen minutes.
Working from your own resting number instead of an estimate off a chart — and having a point to compare the second one against.
The most oxygen you can take in and use, measured on a treadmill while the work gets harder until you're finished.
Training against your own ceiling rather than a formula — and having a point to compare the second one against.
What you get
- In the roomForty minutes. About half is preparing you and running the measurement. The other half is sitting with the result until it makes sense.
- Both pointsMeasured the same way — same equipment, same protocol, comparable conditions. That's what makes the two numbers worth putting side by side.
- In betweenAbout twelve weeks. It's the interval we recommend, and it assumes twelve weeks of something actually being different.
State Change · through October 31
One measurement, read twice.
Summer's done and snow is usually flying here by Halloween. The season's price runs through October 31.
$192 less than two singles
- Both points included. Point One when you begin, Point Two about twelve weeks later. The same measurement both times.
- To be used by one person. Both points are yours. They don't split between two people and they don't transfer.
- No expiry on Point Two. Twelve weeks is the recommendation, not a deadline you can lose.
- This is the season's price. After October 31 both measurements are still here — at the standing rate.
